Official Show DVD Refund Policy.
Refunds will be given on a class by class basis. DVD's are sold "as is," which is to say we will guarantee you'll get a video of your horse in your class. Refunds will be given for any technical failures of course, but if the camera misses some of your first lap before the gate is even closed and judging hasn't started, we apologize, but we can't offer refunds after the DVD has been produced. Obviously quality is foremost on our minds as we're shooting and we do use state of the art equipment from the smallest things to the cameras and audio gear. We're here to make the best quality videos we possibly can that you'll be able to enjoy for years to come. We did have some refunds on the last big show, some justified, some out of courtesy, but we hadn't stated an official policy at that time. Hopefully this will add a little more professionalism to our customer service and answer people's questions in advance. Compared to still photography, the prices for our DVD's are astronomically low considering all the production that goes into them.
